At Thrive Foundation for Youth, we are passionate about helping young people thrive. We invite you to learn with us how parents, teachers, coaches, ministers and mentors are strengthening the youth in our communities.

At Thrive our goals are to look at what thriving is, what’s worth strengthening in youth, what tools are available to track and support thriving, and who’s out there for young people. Our ultimate goal is this one: more youth who are living up to their potential and on track towards a hopeful future.

Our objective for this site is to inform you about Thrive Foundation for Youth, but also to get you talking, thinking, and connecting with others about what the positive development of youth really looks like, or could look like, in the people you know.

Grassroot Soccer - Role Models and Community Support are Keys to Helping Kids Thrive

I believe that every child has the right to the information, the role models, and the community support he or she needs, both to stay alive and to realize his or her potential in life. Many young people around the world have been given a raw deal and the odds are weighted heavily against them from the start. In Africa, with HIV having destroyed communities and economies, young people face an uphill battle.
