Our Mission
Thrive Foundation for Youth is committed to
supporting organizations and environments which enable young
people to thrive, becoming all that God intends.

Our Core Values
- Joy: Taking time to simply have fun together is important to us. We believe in not taking ourselves too seriously.
We appreciate both the mystery and complexity of life. Sharing our gifts which eases others' challenges brings us great joy.
- Learning: We are open to an ongoing process of learning, to the exchange of good ideas, and to a systemic view of the world and of human beings.
Thrive Foundation for Youth is a learning organization.
- Change: A family strength has been a willingness to change. A business strength has been the attention to change as it provides opportunities for investment and entrepreneurial endeavors.
We are mindful of change as leverage, which indicates at the core, a spirit of optimism.
- Audacity: Thrive Foundation is made up of strong personalities. We tend to be tenacious, and value uniqueness. We are attracted to audacious people and ideas.
We generally live by a can-do attitude and are willing to overcome obstacles in pursuit of what is important to us.
- Results: We are driven by results, personally, professionally and philanthropically.
We try to find ways to describe and measure results. We always ask: "What result in the lives of young people will take place from our support of an organization?"
We seek for rigor and excellence, and we look for ways to maximize results to enable young people to do what? To thrive.
- Integrity: Trust is fundamental to healthy relationships.
We seek to be moral, fair, and honest, to be people that others can trust, to have good and growing self-awareness, to show respect for the individual and a concern for the good of the entire organization within which and with whom we are engaged.
- Hospitality: Hospitalilty is a significant part of our family heritage.
Warmth, attention to details, care for those who are strangers, for those who are suffering, and for the whole person...these values guide our foundation.
- Grace: Again and again, grace transforms and gives each of us new life.
Our faith helps us know that we are accepted, loved unconditionally, and allowed to not have to be perfect. When we think we have to fix things, when we are too hard on one another or ourselves, we need to remember to let go and let God renew our spirits.
Grace has enabled us to focus us on loving, living freely, and responding to people with a sense of gratitude.
