Lisa McNamara
Financial Manager

Lisa McNamara is the Financial Manager for Thrive Foundation for Youth. Lisa brings with her over 19 years of management and financial experience at large corporations and non-profit organizations alike. Lisa spent over a decade at IBM, where she managed sections of IBM's financial and accounting departments, and also led product program and manpower planning teams. In 2001 Lisa moved with her family from North Carolina to California, and took the role of controller at Trinity Parish in Menlo Park. Lisa reports to both the Treasurer and Board Members at Trinity, and offers Thrive her experience driving financial plans at a non-profit organization.

In addition to her career in finance, Lisa has been involved with a number of community organizations and volunteer programs. Locally, Lisa has been the president of the New comer's Group, a social activity group on the Peninsula, and contributes to Thrive her experience as the co-vice president of the PtA at Menlo-Atherton High School and as a member of the Hillview Site Council.

Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She loves to read, plays bridge, and enjoys the occasional trip abroad.
